    张钰,工学博士,教授。2009年毕业于天津大学微电子学与固体电子学专业。从事CMOS图像传感器片上图像信号处理算法及VLSI实现方面的研究,研究领域涉及半导体物理、信号处理、电路与系统设计等。IEEE T-EDSignal Processing等期刊发表一作和通信作者SCI/EI收录论文20余篇,授权发明专利12项。先后主持国家自然科学基金2项,浙江省自然科学基金1项。在国家留学基金委的资助下,2016.2-2017.2在法国CNRS-IPHC多学科研究所做访问学者。是IEEE Sensors JournalIEEE Photonics JournalSignal ProcessingIET Science, Measurement & TechnologyCircuit Systems and Signal ProcessingMicroelectronics JournalInfrared Physics and Technology、半导体学报、西安电子科技大学学报等17个国内外期刊的审稿人。指导研究生和本科生获得国家级、省部级科技创新竞赛奖项20余项。获得2014年浙江省三育人先进个人,作为主要完成人获得国家教学成果二等奖1项,浙江省教学成果一等奖1项。

2021年研究生招生方向为:

1. CMOS图像传感器像素噪声建模与分析;

2. 基于人工智能算法的信号提取:医学信号提取、三维/二维光学字符提取;

3. 量子电压:与中国计量科学研究院联合培养。
